Eileen Lupo – Life Coach

My name is Eileen Lupo, I live in Mendham New Jersey with my husband and two daughters. I was a stay at home mom after working in the marketing field. I then decided to fulfill my passion to work with small children and become a preschool teacher. This has been a role for the past fifteen years. Presently, my girls are in college and have gone through an emotional roller coater as a result of current world events. Therefore, I decided to take on a new venture to make a difference in their lives and help them grow emotionally and spiritually. I have recently been licensed as a Certified Health and Life Coach and my role is to help my clients (specifically women and teen girls) set goals, assist with breaking negative patterns and habits, and replace these patterns with healthy ones that serve them best. My goal is to offer my clients support, accountability, encouragement and guidance to live their best life.
